The safety and rights of every learner are our top priority. All educators, parents, volunteers, and portal members are required to strictly adhere to our safeguarding standards.

Measurement framework

Reporting outcomes, not just activities.

"200 parents attended" is an output. Whether those parents now support their children differently is an outcome. The platform measures four levels: resources and activities, immediate outputs, intermediate changes and sustained outcomes.

Flagged learners eligible for 7-day follow-up
× 100

Sustained participation rate

Re-engaged learners still participating at 30 days
Re-engaged learners eligible for follow-up
× 100

Teacher practice improvement

Teachers with improved assessed practice
Teachers with baseline and follow-up
× 100

Parent engagement improvement

Parents improving against baseline

× 100

Referral completion rate

Referrals with confirmed delivery or documented disposition
Referrals due for follow-up
× 100

Volunteer intervention effectiveness

Verified interventions achieving their outcome
Verified interventions with completed outcome assessment
× 100

When a denominator is zero the platform shows "—" rather than 0%, so missing data is never mistaken for failure.

M3 Community Resilience Index

A proposed analytical framework, not an existing validated index. Equal weighting is an illustrative starting assumption to be validated.

The index is withheld when any dimension lacks data and a safeguarding alert is raised whenever protection falls below 50 — a good composite score can never hide a safeguarding failure.
